Post-Service Activation Tasks
After you activate your subscription to the Oracle® Intelligent Communications Orchestration Network cloud service, you configure certain system-wide behaviors through your Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Identity Domain account before configuring your Accounts, Sites, Numbers, and Services. For example, you can configure user groups.
Oracle® Intelligent Communications Orchestration Network cloud service provides the user groups to help you manage access to the service according to the least amount of privilege needed. The privileges defined for each user group determine which information a user can access, and which actions a user can perform. A user must be assigned to one of the user groups before the system allows access. The user group names vary according to the license you own.
The following table lists the user groups and their privileges for a multi-tenant deployment.
| Group | Privileges |
| ICON Admin User | Administrative user access to manage Oracle Intelligent Communications Orchestration Network Cloud Service configuration. |
