Administration Errors

The following table lists all administration errors, the reason the error is displayed, and recommended actions to take, if applicable.

Error Code	Reason For the Error
57000	Encountered an unknown exception in Administration Service. This error occurs due to an unexpected internal system condition. Recommended action: Resolve the issue and try again.
57001	Add certificate failed in Administration Service. This error occurs due to an unexpected internal system condition. Recommended action: Resolve the issue and try again.
57002	Delete certificate failed in Administration Service. This error occurs due to an unexpected internal system condition. Recommended action: Resolve the issue and try again.
57003	Get Certificate failed in Administration Service. This error occurs due to an unexpected internal system condition. Recommended action: Resolve the issue and try again.
57004	Get Certificate Type failed in Administration Service. This error occurs due to an unexpected internal system condition. Recommended action: Resolve the issue and try again.
57005	Unable to communicate with administration service in the backend server. This error occurs due to a network or connectivity issue with a service or device. Recommended action: Resolve the issue and try again.
57006	Unable to delete file from persistence service. This error occurs due to invalid file content, missing files, or schema/format validation failure. Recommended action: Resolve the issue and try again.
57007	Invalid null or empty certificate name. This error occurs when a required input is missing, empty, or incorrectly formatted. Recommended action: Resolve the issue and try again.
57008	Certificate name length should be between 3 and 50 characters. This error occurs due to an unexpected internal system condition. Recommended action: Re-enter certificate name.
57009	Certificate name can only contain letters, numbers, underscore, hyphen or whitespace. This error occurs when a required input is missing, empty, or incorrectly formatted. Recommended action: Re-enter certificate name, removing invalid characters.
57010	Certificate name must start with alphabetical character. This error occurs due to an unexpected internal system condition. Recommended action: Re-enter certificate name.
57011	Certificate name already exists in DB. This error occurs when a duplicate object already exists with the same identifier or name. Recommended action: Re-enter certificate name.
57012	Certificate file already exists in DB. This error occurs when a duplicate object already exists with the same identifier or name. Recommended action: Re-enter certificate file.
57016	Failed to schedule recurring System Tasks. This error occurs due to an unexpected internal system condition. Recommended action: Contact your administrator.
57017	Failed to reschedule FSS Purging task. This error occurs due to an unexpected internal system condition. Recommended action: Contact your administrator.
