61000	Unsupported metrics provider. This error occurs due to an unexpected internal system condition. Recommended action: Contact your system administrator.
61001	Failed to create metrics client. This error occurs due to an unexpected internal system condition. Recommended action: Contact your system administrator.
61002	Failed to get summarized metrics data. This error occurs due to an unexpected internal system condition. Recommended action: Contact your system administrator.
61003	Unsupported metrics namespace. This error occurs due to an unexpected internal system condition. Recommended action: Contact your system administrator.
61004	Invalid metrics query. This error occurs when a required input is missing, empty, or incorrectly formatted. Recommended action: Contact your system administrator.
61005	Failed to fetch DIS DB Utilization metrics value. This error occurs due to a database read or write failure. Recommended action: Contact your system administrator.
