SFB

The SFB section of the Settings window contains configuration options for Skype For Business.

Skype For Business Filter

The Skype For Business (SFB) Filter allows you to configure which types of Skype-based communications are displayed in the Operations Monitor interface. This setting is only shown when the SFB extension is enabled during installation.

Audio calls are displayed by default. Additional call types that can be displayed are:

• Video
• IM
• Conference
• Desktop Sharing
• File Transfer

To select which call types to display, select the checkboxes and then click on Save.
