ISR Recordings

A user must be given permissions to be able to configure ISR access and listen to the ISR audio call recordings.

Enabling ISR recording for a user

To give permissions to an user:

  1. Select the ISR Recording check box.

  2. Provide the details of the FACE server.
  3. Provide the username and password for whom the ISR recording needs to be enabled.
  4. Select the Verify Configuration on Save check box to check the configuration.
  5. Clik Save.

The user can now enable the ISR access and listen to the ISR recordings. See "ISR".
