Configuring Microsoft Teams

Operations Monitor needs to connect to the Microsoft Identity platform to fetch the Direct Routing Call information from the Microsoft Graph API.

There are two steps to complete this configuration:
  1. Register an application with the Microsoft identity platform
  2. Configure relevant parameters, obtained as part of Step 1, in the MS Teams Settings page in Operations Monitor user interface.

    Note:

    Ensure that you read the information provided in this section before proceeding to execute both steps. Also, note that names of particular sections mentioned in Step 1 can be changed by Microsoft at any point. For example, Microsoft Entra ID was earlier named as Azure Active Directory.
