Disabling UCaaS CCaaS Monitoring

Users who prefer to not to use UCaaS CCaaS Feature can disable it by following below steps. Once disabled DR Calls will not longer be correlated with MS Teams Data.

Disabling UCaaS CCaaS after installation or upgrade:
  1. In a web browser, go to https://<ip_address>/setup or access Platform Setup Application using the Mediation Engine GUI by clicking admin > Setup. The Platform Setup Application Login page appears.
  2. Navigate to the Configuration page. The UCaaS CCaaS check box appears under Additional Extensions option.
  3. Uncheck the UCaaS CCaaS checkbox
  4. Click Apply.
    On disabling this flag, the UCaaS CCaaS Settings, Metadata Tab in the Call Info and UCaaS CCaaS columns in the Calls page will not be visible to user. If you make any changes to the System Setting Support UCaaS CCaaS calls will no longer come into effect.
