UCaaS CCaaS - KPI Page

The UCaaS CCaaS feature introduces eight Platform-wide KPIs to monitor DR call traffic. These KPIs will be available by default, but will come into effect only if you have enabled the UCaaS CCaaS extension from the Platform Setup Application.

These KPIs are incremented only for MS Teams DR Call. Further, the KPIs are incremented immediately when call is identified as a Direct Routing call by parsing the x-i parameter and the X-MS-TenantId header (will not wait for graph data to increment the KPIs).

To view the UCaaS CCaaS KPIs, navigate to the KPI/Metrics page, and select Platform-wide under the Library" section. These KPIs are visible under the default path. They will not be available for Device, Prefix Tag and IP Tag KPIs.

Note:

For now, as Mediation Engine is monitoring only MS Teams DR Calls, so values of generic KPI such as "UCaaS Call attempts per second" will be equal to specific KPI like "Teams DR Call attempts per second". However, in the future when Operations Monitor adds support for other vendors then value of the KPIs will differ
