UCaaS CCaaS - Changes in the Message Flow Window

In the Message flow window, for a MS Teams to PSTN DR Call, Operations Monitor now supports the ability to see the signaling and media information for the MS Teams/ UCaaS. Similarly, for a PSTN to MS Teams Direct Routing call as well.

UCaaS CCaaS introduces 2 new messages in the Message Flow based on the Meta Data received from UCaaS CCaaS Service (MS Teams) - UCaaS_CCaaS Media and UCaaS_CCaaS Signaling:
  • UCaaS_CCaaS Signalling: All contents of Meta Data except "Segments" data part is considered as UCaaS_CCaaS Signalling data.
  • UCaaS_CCaaS Media: "Segments" data part of Meta Data is considered as UCaaS_CCaaS Media data.
These messages are displayed as a separate leg in the Message Flow. The device IP value of this leg in the Message Flow can be any of the following based on a valid IP address found in this order:

Reflexive IP Address >> IP Address >> Relay IP Address >> 1.1.1.1(Static IP)

These 2 UCaaS CCaaS messages are available in all Message Flow options like SVG, PDF and Message Flow Download.

Note:

These 2 new flows in Message Flow do not correspond to any raw SIP message but only are representative of the leg between MS Teams client and MS Teams proxy.
