Post Installation Tasks

Learn about additional setup tasks to complete after installing Oracle Communications Unified Assurance. These tasks set up optional additional components.

  1. If you want to use microservices, set up your microservice cluster as described in Microservice Cluster Setup in Unified Assurance Implementation Guide.

    If have an existing microservice cluster and your new server has the Cluster.Worker role, you can add it to your cluster using the clusterctl application. You run this application from a server that is already a member of the cluster. See clusterctl and Managing Clusters in Unified Assurance Implementation Guide for more information.

  2. If you want to use Vision, see Vision Installation Overview.

  3. If you want to use Observability Analytics, see Post Install Actions in Unified Assurance Concepts for actions required to support Observability Analytics.

  4. If you have purchased licenses for any Network Performance Management report packs, set up Network Performance Management. See About Network Performance Management in Unified Assurance Network Performance Management Reporting Guide for more information.
