About Passwords
You can reset passwords for a single user account or for multiple user accounts. When you reset passwords for multiple user accounts, an email is sent to each selected user with a link to follow to reset their password. When you reset the password for a single user account, you also have the option of manually generating a password.
Note:
After creating a user account, you must reset that password for the account. Resetting a password sends the user an email with a link to allow them to change their own password.Password policies are not managed in Primavera Administration. You can manage password policies in your identity domain.
Reset Passwords for Multiple User Accounts
To reset passwords for multiple user accounts:
- On the
User Administration tab, select the check boxes for multiple user accounts. - Click Reset Password.
- Click Yes.
The passwords are reset and each selected user is sent an email containing a link to follow to reset their password.
