Creating Activity or EPS Views

Create views to determine how information is visually displayed. These steps represent the minimum required to create an activity or EPS view.

To create an activity or EPS view:

1. On the Navigation Menu, expand Projects and click Activities or EPS.
2. On the Activities or EPS page:
   1. Click Views and select Manage Views....
   2. In the Manage Views dialog box:
      • To create a new Global View, select the Global Views grouping band, then click Context and select Add.
      • To create a new Multiple User View, select the Multiple User Views grouping band, then click Context and select Add.
      • To create a new User View, select the User Views grouping band, then click Context and select Add.
      • Type a name for the new view.
      • Select the view.
   3. In the Customize View dialog box:
      • Configure the options on the Columns, Filtering, Grouping, Sorting, Bars, Gantt, and Access tabs as necessary.
      • Click Save and Apply.
