Configure and Manage Conditional Formatting of Tables and Pivot Grids
Conditional formatting helps you highlight data in Table and Pivot Grid views by using rules that emphasize values based on criteria. Use formatting styles such as font color, background color, and font style to identify trends, outliers, and key metrics.
Limitations
The following limitations apply:
- Only the Table and Pivot Grid views are supported.
- You can apply up to 10 conditional formatting rules in total. Each column can have up to 5 rules, and each rule can include up to 5 conditions.
- Rule names must be unique. Each rule must include at least one condition and one style.
- Conditional formatting does not apply to charts.
- You cannot remove columns with rules until you delete the rules.
- PDF export retains formatting.
