Viewing Bulk Create Import History Details

If you have the Allow Bulk Creation permission, you can view import data history details for files that contain business process (BP) records across projects/shells that you imported into the Master Log.

To view the import details history:

  1. Select the Home ("") tab, and switch to User mode.
  2. In the left Navigator, select Master Log - Business Processes, and then select the specific BP type.
  3. From the toolbar, select Actions, and then select Import History Details.
  4. Review the following information in the Import History for [BP name] window:
    • File Uploaded: Select to download the Excel file that was originally uploaded.
    • End Date: The date and time when the import process ended.
    • Start Date: The date and time when the import process started.
    • Status: The status of each imported file, which can be one of the following:
      • Not Started: The import has not started.
      • In Progress: The import job is in progress.
      • Completed: All records and line item data were created successfully.
      • Completed with Errors: Some records were created successfully, and at least one record failed.
      • Aborted: The job could not continue because of system issues or server failures.
      • Failed: The record was not created.
    • Records Imported: Select to download an Excel file that shows the project/shell name, shell number, record number, and title of the records that were created successfully. The file name is generated in the format Imported_[Uploaded File Name].xlsx.
    • Failed Records: Select to download an Excel file that lists the failed records. The file name is generated in the format Failed_[Uploaded File Name].xlsx.
    • Records Processed: The total number of BP records in the Main Form worksheet.
    • Requested By: The user name of the signed-in user who started the bulk create import job.
