Standard Shell Dashboard

A standard shell dashboard displays a visualization by default.

Prerequisites

• You have the required permissions to access visualizations.
• Your administrator has configured the shell dashboard to display a visualization.

Procedure

To access the standard shell dashboard:

1. Go to the relevant shell tab and switch to User mode.
2. Optional: From the Visualization list, select the tab you want to view.
3. If available, KPI cards display metrics for the following:
   • Emails: The total number of emails of the logged-in user. Selecting this link in User mode displays the Inbox.
   • Notifications: The total number of notifications of the logged-in user. Selecting this link in User mode displays the Notifications log.
   • Pending E-Signatures: The total number of pending e-signatures associated with the logged-in user. Selecting this link in User mode displays the E-signature Requests log.
   • Pending Tasks: The total number of pending tasks of the logged-in user. Selecting this link in User mode displays the Tasks log.
   • Additional KPI cards can also display metrics relevant to the shell.
4. Perform any of the following actions:
   • Analytics: Select this link to access the Analytics application.
   • To switch to the classic shell dashboard, from the More Actions … menu, select Classic Dashboard.
   • In the classic shell dashboard, to revert to this dashboard, select Standard Dashboard.
   • To print the current screen displayed in the visualization, from the More Actions … menu, select Print.
   • If you have Modify or Manage Content permissions, select Edit to modify the visualization. For more details on editing visualizations, see the Primavera Unifier Visualization User Guide.
