This setting:	Allows users to:
Administer All	Administer all the projects currently in Unifier
Create Projects	Create company-sponsored projects
Modify Status	Change the project status (Active, Inactive, On-hold)
Modify Properties	Change the project name, number, address, project image, member companies, links, progress, and so on
