Base Commit to SOV

When a Base Commit reaches the configured terminal status, values from DEs configured with Show in SOV copy from the Base Commit line items into the SOV.

These values appear as additional SOV columns.

Change Commit to New SOV Lines

When a Change Commit creates an SOV line, values from matching DEs on the Change Commit detail form copy into the new SOV line.

SOV to Change Commit

When a user creates a Change Commit and selects an existing SOV line in the Commit Line Item Picker, matching values from the selected SOV line populate the Change Commit line item automatically.

If the user changes the picker selection to another SOV line, the system populates the values from the newly selected line.

If the user clears the picker selection, previously populated values are not automatically cleared from the Change Commit line item.
