Migrate Multiple Projects from Oracle Primavera Cloud to Primavera P6 EPPM

1. Go to the Integrations section of the project workspace.
2. Activate all three integrations listed below:
   • Oracle Primavera Cloud to P6 Migrate Project Sync
   • Primavera Cloud to P6 MigrateProject by CodeFilter
   • Primavera Cloud P6 Migrate Project Schedule Event

   To activate each integration, do the following:

   1. Click Actions next to the integration, then select Activate.
   2. In the Activate integration panel, select an appropriate Tracing level (Production, Audit, or Debug), then click the Activate button.

      A message confirms that the integration has been activated. Refresh the page to view the updated status of the integration.

      You can change the tracing level later by selecting Actions, and then Configure activation.

3. Run the Oracle Primavera Cloud to P6 Migrate Project Sync integration.
   1. Click Actions next to the integration, then select Run.
   2. On the Configure and run page, update the following schedule parameters:
      • CodeTypeName: Specify the Oracle Primavera Cloud ProjectCodeTypeName to filter projects.
      • CodeValue: Specify the Oracle Primavera Cloud Project Code Type Value to filter projects.
      • EPS Id: Specify the Primavera P6 EPPM EPS location to create projects in if the project does not exist already. This field is optional if you are updating an existing project.
      • PrjWorkspaceCode: Specify the Oracle Primavera Cloud workspace location.
   3. Click Run.
