6 Run the Sync Unifier Issues with Aconex Integration

After you have processed the issues in Unifier, you can run the integration.

  1. In the Integrations section of the project workspace, click Actions Actions icon next to Sync Unifier Issues with Aconex, then select Run.
  2. On the Configure and run page, do the following:
    1. From the Run As list, select the user name of the user running the integration.
    2. In the Request type section, select Ad hoc request to run the integration independent of a schedule.
    3. Click Run.

    You've now successfully submitted the integration to be run.

    Note:

    You can also schedule this integration to run at a date, time, and frequency of your choosing. See Define the Integration Schedule.
  3. Click the Observe tab at the top of the project workspace.

    You will see the integration flow being triggered and running successfully.

After the Sync Unifier Issues with Aconex integration runs successfully, the status of the Oracle Aconex issue is automatically changed to Closed and the Send to Unifier Issue field is set to Sent.

Note:

To update an existing Oracle Aconex issue in Unifier, first ensure that the issue status is not Closed in Unifier, then change the Send to Unifier Issue field in Oracle Aconex back to Yes, and finally run the integration process again.
