A Service Agreement’s Rate Changes Are Not Prorated

A service agreement's rate is effective-dated (it may change over time). When the system calculates a service agreement's bill segment when multiple rates are effective during the bill period, it will use a single rate from the service agreement's rate history. The system chooses the rate as per the service agreement's SA type's rate selection date.
