Highlighting Scheduled Payments

The Scheduled Payments Log zone in Control Central - Account Information displays the following:

  • Pending third party one time payments

  • Pending self-service one time payments

  • Pending bill-related automatic payment records

  • One time payments in error that have not been resolved, i.e. not succeeded by a Pending or Completed one time payment
