Quick Start
The AI Accelerator (AIA) Call Summarization Service provides industry-specific summarization capabilities for utility contact centers, leveraging Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Generative AI Service. This API enables seamless integration with existing contact center workflows to automatically summarize customer service calls with domain-specific context and guardrails.
The service is designed to:
- Provide task-specific preamble and instructions optimized for summarizing utility contact center interactions.
- Leverage utility and company-specific glossaries to ensure contextual accuracy and correct usage of industry terminology.
- Offer configurable summary output formats, allowing customers to tailor summaries for different downstream applications. For example, CRM, analytics, or compliance reports.
- Apply input and output guardrails to automatically mask personally identifiable information (PII) and filter out toxic or sensitive content.
- Tag calls with pre-defined, relevant topics, enabling downstream categorization, search, and analytics.
