Purpose | Using this map view, business users can view the appointment volumes in postal codes, and in each postal code, the lateness categories. |
Representation | The color-coded region on the map shows the postal code of that geographical region, the total number of appointments and the number of missed appointments in that postal code. The postal codes are colored based on the number of appointments, which can be configured by the user in the legend. The map also shows pie charts, one per postal code. Each pie chart displays the lateness bucket information at postal code and indicates whether the appointments were missed or were met on time. |
