Relationship Types Do Not Impact Start/Stop

Customer service representatives (CSR's) are typically not involved with the customer's choice of service providers. Most organizations hear about a customer's service providers from the service providers or from a central body. This means that the start/stop dialog is not impacted by SA relationships. This also means that CSR's are not impacted by SA relationships (unless something goes wrong). If something goes wrong, the CSR's may need to manually correct SA relationships.
