Maintaining Payment Arrangement Requests

A payment arrangement request is used to start a payment arrangement. Aside from capturing the agreed upon terms of the payment arrangement (such as the service agreements and debts to include, number of installments and installment amount), it can also manage any applicable prerequisites for starting the payment arrangement, e.g. down payments, approvals, etc.

This section describes how to view and maintain payment arrangement requests.

Navigate using Menu > Credit & Collection > Payment Arrangement Request > Search. You are brought to a query portal with options for searching for payment arrangement requests.

Once a payment arrangement request record has been selected, you are brought to the maintenance portal to view and maintain the selected record.

The Payment Arrangement Request zone shows the details of the payment arrangement request. Refer to the zone’s embedded help for more information.

The Notes zone allows users to capture additional notes on the payment arrangement request.
