Adding Rebate Claim Lines

Use the following procedure to add a rebate claim line to a rebate claim:

• Click Add Rebate Claim Line in the title bar of the Rebate Claim Line zone.
• Select the Service Agreement associated with the claim line from the dropdown list.
• Select the Rebate Definition for the claim line from the dropdown list. This list is filtered based on the Conservation Program associated with the rebate claim.
• Select the Manufacturer/Model for the claim line from the dropdown list. This list is filtered by the Rebate Definition selected.
• Enter the Install Date for the claim line.
• Enter the Number of Units being claimed.
• Click Save. To return to the Rebate Claim Line zone without adding the claim line, click Cancel.
