Creating Oracle Utilities Billing Cloud Service Users

Oracle Utilities Billing Cloud Service includes the following user groups:

• Billing Cloud Services: A user group that provides access to the specific pages, portals, and features included with the cloud service
• Billing Cloud Service Batch Services: A user group that enables users to execute batch processes used by the cloud service

The “Billing Cloud Services” user group should be used as the basis for all new Oracle Utilities Billing Cloud Service users.

Users who will be responsible for running batch processing should be part of the “Billing Cloud Service Batch Services” user group.
