Field Activity - Field Activity Portal

The Field Activity Portal page displays additional information associated with a field activity request.

Depending on your implementations requirements, you may define additional zones to appear on this Portal.

The contents of this section describe the zones that are available on this portal page.

General Information

Field Activity ID, Field Activity Info are displayed.

Service Order Management Information

This zone displays the related service order activities in Service Order Management.

  • Clicking a service order activity’s information navigates to the Service Order Management Activity Maintenance Portal.

  • If the field activity requires appointment, formatted information, indicating that appointment must be booked, appears on top of the field activity tree. Clicking “Book Appointment Now”, navigates to Service Order Management application’s Appointment Booking Portal.

Field Activity Attachments

This zone provides the ability to add, edit, delete, upload, and view attachments related to field activity request.

  • Clicking attachment information navigates to Attachment Maintenance Portal.
