This chapter is an addendum to the general
Defining Background Processes chapter. This addendum describes the background processes that are provided with
Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing .
Note:List of system background processes. The list of background processes provided in the base product may be viewed in the
application viewer's batch control viewer. In addition if your implementation adds batch control records, you may
regenerate the application viewer to see your additions reflected there.
