When starting new service for a given account and premise, you may know ahead of time that the new service should be linked to an existing umbrella agreement. For example, perhaps all the service in a specific low income housing area qualifies for a special negotiated contract for the next year.

The system provides algorithms to allow you to add a new service agreement to an existing terms of service record when using the Order transaction to start service.
