How To Add A Step To A Field Activity

You are not allowed to add a step to an activity. If you need to add another step, any of the following approaches will work:

• Add a new activity to the order with an activity type containing the desired step (and cancel the pre-existing activity).
• Change the activity's activity type to be one that includes that desired step.
• Navigate to the appropriate maintenance page and make the change. This won't leave an audit of what took place on the field activity but it will change the system appropriately.
