Integration Pack Software Requirements

The following software and platforms must be installed and configured before the integration package can be installed.

Refer to the Certification Matrix for Oracle Utilities Products (Doc ID 1454143.1) on My Oracle Support to determine if support for newer versions of the products listed is included.

Participating Applications

• Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter installed on an Oracle database with the latest supported service pack.

• Oracle Utilities Network Management System installed on an Oracle database with the latest supported service pack.

Oracle SOA/WebLogic Server

• Oracle SOA Suite 14c (14.1.2.0.0) with Oracle Enterprise Manager 14.1.2.0.0, running on Oracle WebLogic Server 14.1.2.0.0

Prerequisites for the Integration

To ensure a successful integration installation, follow these prerequisites:

• Keep the Oracle SOA Suite 14.1.2 environment secure, stable, and up to date. It is essential to apply the latest bundle patches (BPs) and patch set updates (PSUs) released by Oracle. These patches address critical bugs, security vulnerabilities, and performance issues, if any.

• Maintain the Oracle SOA Suite 14.1.2 environment regularly. Visit My Oracle Support for patch listings and use the OPatch utility for installation. Always test the patches in ‘staging’ before applying them to production.

• It is highly recommended that you take a complete backup of the ORACLE_HOME/SOA infrastructure before performing any patch operations.
