Integration Pack Software Requirements

The following software and platforms must be installed and configured before the integration package can be installed:

Refer to the Certification Matrix for Oracle Utilities Products (Doc ID 1454143.1) on My Oracle Support to determine if support for newer versions of the products listed is included.

Participating Applications

• Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing V2.5.0.2+ installed on an Oracle database with the latest supported service pack.

• Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management V2.1.0.3+ installed on an Oracle database with the latest patch set.

This integration will work with previous versions of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing and Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management, but not all functionalities will be available.

Oracle SOA/WebLogic Server

• Oracle SOA suite 14c with Oracle Enterprise Manager 14.1.x on WebLogic Server 14.1.x.
