Solution Overview
The technical aspects involved in Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service Integration to Oracle ERP Financial Cloud for General Ledger and Accounts Payable are:
• The integration layer is made up of integration processes deployed on Oracle Integration Cloud.
• The integration processes uses Oracle ERP Cloud Adapter to integrate with Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications.
• Some processes uses the import bulk data into Oracle Cloud action to perform FBDI-compliant bulk operations like Journal Entries and Payables Payment Requests.
• Some processes subscribes to business events raised by the financial modules in Oracle ERP Cloud application. These events are Payables Payment Created and Payables Payment Void.
• It uses REST APIs to communicate with Object Storage, Oracle Financial Cloud and Customer Cloud Service application.
• The integration pattern used for the solution are:
• One-way asynchronous for all flows.
