Upgrading the Integration

This chapter focuses on the process to upgrade the product integration from other versions to 23A.

Before proceeding with the upgrade, please note that the best practice is to create a backup (including Oracle Field Service custom plugins) to retain all the previous customizations of Oracle Integration Cloud pre-built integration/Oracle Field Service accelerator package).
