The following new features were included in this integration:

Oracle Utilities Digital Asset Cloud Service creates work orders and associated work activities as part of the device setup step within the enrollment or unenrollment journey for utility-owned controllable devices. These work activities contain key information related to the type of work, the work window, its duration, required crew, details to be captured during the work amongst others.

This pre-built integration is facilitated by Oracle Integration Cloud allows Send activity information from Oracle Utilities Digital Asset Cloud Service when an activity is created, updated, or canceled to Oracle Field Service for the mobile worker to perform the activity.

Oracle Field Service allows the work activity to be scheduled and sent to the mobile device of a Field worker. The field worker completes the work and captures necessary details related to the work activity and assets on their mobile handheld devices.

This pre-built integration is facilitated by Oracle Integration Cloud to allow Oracle Field Service to send the work completion information to Oracle Utilities Digital Asset Cloud Service for further processing.
