This integration is initiated by Oracle Utilities Network Management System and it will send outage-related notification messages from Oracle Utilities Network Management System to Oracle Integration Cloud, perform data transformation, then publish the notifications in the initial stream - before message formatting and notifications preferences can be applied. Oracle Utilities Network Management System has introduced the Oracle Utilities Notifications Hub Adapter that can be used through the Oracle Utilities Adapter to get the REST inbound/outbound services available from Oracle Utilities Network Management System.

This integration is initiated by Oracle Utilities Network Management System. It sends outage-related notification messages from Oracle Utilities Network Management System to Oracle Integration Cloud, performs data transformation, then publishes the notifications in the initial stream. The Oracle Integration Cloud integration will send the formatted notification to Oracle Utilities Customer Care Billing using the exposed REST service available form Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter.
