Field Activity - Field Activity Portal

Select Menu > Field Order > Field Activity > Search and navigate to the Field Activity Portal page to view additional information associated with a Field Activity.

Depending on your implementations requirements, you may define additional zones to appear on this Portal.

The contents of this section describe the zones that are available on this portal page.

General Information

Field Activity ID, Field Activity Info are displayed.

Service Order Management Information

This zone displays the field activity information and status in the Service Order Management application. It applies only to field activity whose type’s fieldwork orchestration is set to ‘Service Order Management’.

  • Clicking FA information navigates to Service Order Management application’s Activity Maintenance Portal.

  • If the field activity requires appointment, formatted information, indicating that appointment must be booked, appears on top of the field activity tree. Clicking “Book Appointment Now”, navigates to Service Order Management application’s Appointment Booking Portal.

Field Activity Attachments

This zone provides the ability to add, edit, delete, upload and view attachments related to field activity.

  • Clicking attachment information navigates to Attachment Maintenance Portal.
