Budget Monitor

The Budget Monitor background process (BUDMON) examines all accounts that participate in budget billing plans. If the account's existing budget amount is out-of-sync with predefined tolerance percentages as defined by the algorithm plugged into the monitor budget plug-in spot, the system will perform the action indicated by the monitor algorithm. The base product supports highlighting the account on the Budget Review page or updating the account’s budget.
