Field Activity Maintenance

A field activity is a task that takes place at a service point. Examples of field activities include reconnect service, exchange meter and disconnect service.

A field activity contains one or more steps. The steps serve two purposes:

  • They provide instructions of the individual units of work to be performed in the field.
  • They define what must be done to complete the field activity.

The steps are defined by the field activity's activity type.

The topics in this section describe the pages on which field activity-related information is maintained.
