Adding New Lead Events to a Lead

  1. Select Menu > Sales & Marketing > Lead > Search.
  2. Enter your search criteria in the Lead Query zone.
  3. Click Refresh.
  4. In the search results list, click the link for the lead you want to view maintain. The selected lead opens in the Lead portal.
  5. To add a lead event to the lead, click the Add Lead Event link in the Lead Events zone title bar.
  6. Search for and select the appropriate lead event type.
  7. Specify the Trigger Date of when the lead event is to be executed.
  8. Specify the Communication Channel to indicate what form the event will be sent.
  9. Click Save.
Repeat steps 5 to 9 for add additional lead events.
