Setting Up Degree Days (and Average Temperatures)
Many organizations print degree-day and/or average temperature information on their customers' bills. Select to define these values for a given trend area.

The easiest way to define degree days is to select a Trend Area and Month In Year and tab out of the field. The system generates one row in the Degree Days collection for each day of the month. After the days exist in the collection, you should define the following for each day:
Degree Day This is a unit of measure used to express the extent to which temperatures vary from a specific reference temperature on a given date.
Maximum Temperature This is the maximum temperature on a given date.
Minimum Temperature This is the minimum temperature on a given date.
Average Temperature This is the average temperature on a given date.
