Workflow Process - Event Char/Context

The Event Context page lists the entity(ies) that were created as a result of the execution of a workflow event. For example, if an event creates a field activity, the field activity would be displayed on this page. The event algorithm may choose to record the entity using a characteristic or a context entry. Open this page using Menu > Workflow and Notification > Workflow Process > Search and navigate to the Event Char/Context page.

Your event algorithms may record information that was created by the algorithm. The information may be recorded as a characteristic or in a context entry. This information is for audit purposes only.

If Characteristics are used to record entities created by the algorithm, this grid displays the Characteristic Type and Characteristic Value for each entity that was created as a result of the execution of workflow event.

If Context entries are used to record entities created by the algorithm, this grid displays the Context Type and Context Value for each entity that was created as a result of the execution of workflow event.
