Rebate Claim Query Portal

You use the Rebate Claim Query Portal to search for rebate claims. Use the following procedure to search for rebate claims:

• Select Menu > Customer Information > Rebate Claim > Search to open the Rebate Claim Query portal.
• Enter search criteria in the Rebate Claim Search zone and click Refresh. You can search by:
  • Customer Name
  • Account ID
  • Conservation Program
  • Start and End Dates
• A list of rebate claims matching the search criteria appears, displaying the following for each:
  • Claim Date
  • Rebate Claim (Status, Claim Date, Conservation Program, and Total Amount)
  • Account (Name, Customer Class, Current Balance, and Account ID)
  • Total Rebate Amount
• To view a rebate claim, click the Rebate Claim link. The selected rebate claim opens in the Rebate Claim portal.
