Initiative Portal
You use the Initiative portal to maintain initiatives.
The Main page contains the following zones:
- Initiative: Displays the basic information about the initiative.
- Initiative Eligibility Criteria Overview: Displays initiative eligibility criteria associated with the initiative.
- Related Object Criteria Overview: Displays criteria for finding one or more related objects (such as, a premise) to link to a lead.
- Initiative Hierarchy: Displays the entire hierarchy of initiatives that the selected initiative is a part of.
- Initiative Leads: Displays the leads that are associated with the initiative.
- Lead Processing: Allows you to submit the lead generation or lead disposition batch process.
The Statistics page contains the following
- Lead Summary by Representative: Displays the summary of leads for the initiative hierarchy, grouped by representatives.
- Initiative Leads: Displays the leads that are associated with the initiative.
- Lead Outcome Graph: Displays the number of leads linked to the initiative hierarchy that entered the final state within the last 24 months.
- Lead Statistics: Displays statistics for the leads associated with the initiative.
- Lead Monthly Statistics: Displays statistics for the leads associated with the initiative on a monthly basis.
- Unassigned Leads: Displays leads that are not yet assigned to a sales representative and are not in a final state. (Note: Leads can be assigned to a sales representative in bulk.)
