Third Party Representative Log
Every Third Party Representative has a log holding its
history. Entries are added to the log when meaningful events occur,
for example:

When a Third Party Representative is created.

When a Third Party Representative’s status changes (e.g. transitions to the inactive state).

Users can manually add log entries as desired.
