Attaching an Article to the Interface

To attach an article to the interface, you need two pieces of information:

  • Article ID: This is a four-to-six-character ID located at the top of the article.

  • Location ID: This is the code that represents the location within the Customer 360 screen where an article can be attached. See Using Article Configuration for a list of Location IDs.

To attach an article to Customer 360:

  1. Access CX for Utilities Agent Service using the CSR Manager role.

  2. Select the Article Configuration page tab.

  3. Identify the Location ID to which you want to attach an article, and click the Edit (pencil) button in the Article ID column.

  4. Enter a valid article ID in the Article ID field, and then hit Enter.

  5. To save your changes, click Save at the top right of the form.

  6. To exit without saving your changes, click Cancel.
