Managing Billing Account Contacts

You can link contacts to individual billing accounts from Account 360. Once those contacts are linked to a billing account, you can then complete the following actions:

• Set communication preferences, which includes:
  • Adding and editing contact methods
  • Adding, editing and deactivating addresses
• Manage billing preferences
