Customer Insights Analytics are based on data objects available in Oracle Utilities Opower Analytics Visualization, which enables utilities to explore customer data and generate custom reports and insights related to the Opower program. It includes rich pre-built analytical subject areas and visualizations that allow you to derive strategic insights from your data, such as demographics, energy affordability, energy efficiency savings, communication history, and customer engagement with Opower products.
