Customer Insights Prerequisites

Customer Insights Analytics are based on data objects in Oracle Utilities Opower Analytics Visualization, which provides access to data and insights related to customers in the Oracle Utilities Opower program. Utilities must have purchased one or more Oracle Utilities Opower cloud services to use these analytics.
